February 26th Workshop cards and photos!

Cards and photos from todays workshop, I forgot I had my camera with me and only took photos when everyone was gone home, there were 30 of us altogether today at the workshop so it was busy yet relaxed between cardmaking, buying stamps from BK Craft Supplies, chatting, drinking tea/coffee, laughing, swapping and whatever else went on :) I came home with a lamp ( thanks for picking it up Pam)  a sponge cake ( thanks Bab's Stephen loves you ) Fantastic Curragh Cuties, from Lynda ( will post a pic tomorrow) some really Cute knitted chicks, (from Jean) Dee had beautiful cakes too but I resisted :) and Regina for the Avon ! I wouldnt come home with all that if I went shopping lol

It was great to meet Claire at last, hopefully you will make it to another workshop x ....

As usual Isobel organised the charity swap and is now saving for a trailer for her car, she had so much luggage she looked like she was off on her holidays !!!!!! and thanks Yasmine for the help!

Right this is like the Oscars so I will wrap it up !

My next workshop date is March 25th 2012 and is half full already!

Jackie what a brilliant day I had today, I think I came home with more than I arrived with & I arrived with a lot lol!!
The cards were all fabulous as usual, you never fail to amaze me with the gorgeous creations you come up with for us.
If I don't fit into my bridesmaid dress I will be blaming Dee, those buns were scrummy. Lynda I love my cute little piggy, it's gonna look so cute in my kitchen.
It was great to see Claire again and of course to catch up with all the girlies.
Caroline it was nice to talk to you and I only realised after that it was your beautiful ProMarker tips book that Jackie was showing off.
Jackie, I can't wait for the March workshop. Only 27 more sleep!!!!

Another great afternoon Jackie and a gorgeous aray of cards, I've never known a workshop to be so busy and with so much going on.

Many thanks to all the ladies who rose to the January Challenge and made some fantastic cards for our first chosen Charity i.e. 'Daffodil Day'.

Thanks also to those who added some goodies to the Charity Stash Boxes ~ these will be swapped or used to make extra kits for various charities.

Jackie it was wonderful to meet you at last, I so enjoyed the cards we made,it was worth the long journey. It was great to see friends again I met before IRL and great to meet the ones I'd never met. Lol at the pictures, we all look great, oh Pam those glorious shoes, wish my feet were younger.

Well, today was a great WS. the place was heaving! Thanks everyone for the huge haul of cards, choc treats and of course Angelas Lollies. I just put everything in a box, and it's massive! Over 300 cards and I still have more to add,plus note books and lots of great stuff. Great to have Claire and Lynda there. Dee, the upcakes looked gorgeous and if Pam face was anything to go by, they tasted delish, just raging I stuffed myself with a sambo and had no room for one! Jackie, get working on March!
